Cadbury world Merlin pass help!!

Morning, just a quick one
i have a Merlin annual pass tried booking Cadbury world but no slots available on the Merlin portal.
however when I go on the Cadbury world website they have loads of availability for today.

Do you think I would be able to just turn up with my Merlin pass without pre booking?

They obviously want people to pay full price on a day like today when it's probably v busy.

We did phone but the phone lines are off today apparently.
Yeah we’re not going to risk it and just turn up and gone to legoland discovery instead

I know this is an old thread but I am having this same problem, even with booking months in advance 🤷🏻‍♀️
did you ever manage to book or has anyone else?
