So I was very resistant to taking the time off as I’m a teacher, and it’s hard to get cover etc. Been off a week now with severe cough shortness of breath etc. I am on medication for it from the doctor, but cough is still very intense. Sorry for TMI but coughing up huge amounts of phlegm. Never had this before with a cough but it’s difficult to control as in it will literally fly out of my mouth as I’m covering my cough! Don’t like the thought of being in a classroom with the coughing fits.
But I obviously won’t be still contagious. So AIBU to return? I never would have thought something like bronchitis would knock me for six like this!
