ParentPay Help - trying to get a place on limited space trip

Sorry this isn’t aibu, sometimes posts don’t get seen on other forums.

Tomorrow I need to go online to try and get a space on a school trip for my DS. I didn’t manage it for my DD last year so thought I’d ask for tips.

I was planning on logging into ParentPay and just refreshing constantly, would that work?

Talk to the school. I had issues with parent pay and just go into the school and say help and they sort it. Might need to reset things for you. Good luck.

Chat is quite a popular forum instead of AIBU. (No idea re your Q sorry).

I'd just log on from just before the time they've said they will put the trip up and refresh until it's there.
Make sure you're familiar with how to add to basket and pay so you can complete the transaction quickly, having in the basket may not mean its reserved for you.
