To have another child?
I'm newly married. Dh happy either way.
Dc was born at 35 weeks due to placental abruption. All fine and healthy. Told 1 in 20 risk of it happening again. Split with dad when dc was 1.5. He decided to not do much until dc 4.5. He now has dc 10 nights a month. He doesn't like doing many weekends.

I'm putting together My age (37), my risk profile, fertility issues and thinking nah ?

Only you can truly know. You could give yourself and your DH six months to truly think it through. Maybe talk to friends/loved ones and see how it feels after talking more

At the moment we get some child free time and we've been going to the gym a lot. I love dc, but after doing most of it on my own I'm knackered.

Am with you OP, DS born at 34 weeks after abruption. He’s now 7. Contemplating another if we can (early 40s). But don’t know if I’ll be able to take the risk.

How old is your DC now? Do you want another child?

I don't think your age rules you out. What did doc say about placental abruption and further pregnancy? Now they know they will be able to monitor accordingly, I'd have thought.

I've decided I don't want anymore kids.
