Doona car seat, does your baby hate it

My lo is struggling so much, I often have to pull over as he screaming or is being sick. He does have reflux but he really struggles being g in this carseat. His reflux is worse whenever he's in it.
Does anyone else lo struggle and any recommendations on a better seat? I am gutted as the seat is so handy as I have school runs, and endless club drop off & pick ups.
Lo is 3.5 months.

Some babies hate car seats regardless of the brand. The brand is most likely irrelevant. The angle might be the issue if it's reflux. Or your baby hates car journeys - not uncommon
