I have become obsessed with bombay bad boy pot noodle, I don't care about the noodles, I just love the juice.
Could I make it myself?

The ingredients for the curry flavour are all on the back, you would just have to tweak about for ages with the quantities though to get it exactly right I suppose.
Have you tried just getting a ready mixed curry powder from the supermarket to see if there’s one you like?

It seems you are not alone Grin

@GiantFootTinyHead
Thank you for this 😅
I'm guessing I would need to add some kind of thickener (starch?). I'm tempted to just literally follow the ingredient list like you say and see what happens but I'm guessing there's a bunch of trashy other ingredients/processes in there that make it so moreish!!!

Have you tried writing to the manufacturer? Asking if you can buy the sauce in bulk?

You could start with some other kind of curry sauce. Bisto do a curry one that's fairly trashy (it's got MSG in it) or use something like Goldfish Chinese Hot & Spicy Curry Sauce Concentrate - you can get it in tescos - or they do a Madras flavoured one if you want it more Indian, but you may have to shop around to find it - I used to get it at the local chinese supermarket. And then you could adjust the spices to taste. I think it's probably really hard to reverse engineer a specific flavour even if with the ingredient list. You may invent something that you like just as much. And it's fun to mess about with. The end result is nearly always something that good enough to dip your chips in...

Ooh this is timely because I would give my right arm for the chicken and mushroom pot noodle recipe! 🤤

I had a phase of buying the goldfish curry paste mentioned above to make noodle soup. I feel like it’s pretty close. Then you need hot sauce to add to taste.
