Strange man on bike

A weird looking man on a bike - could have been on drugs - just came up to me (with my 2 year old) and asked me ‘excuse me is there a primary school around here?’

I’m in London so obviously there are primary schools everywhere, I just said I don’t know and he cycled off

AIBU to think I should maybe report that to 101? Or am I overthinking it?

Baffled and confused parent/relative meant to collect small child from somewhere he is unfamiliar with, looks loopy because he's a long way down the rabbit hole of 'I fucked up a simple task and several people are going to shout at me shortly'...

There is no crime of looking weird, being on a bike or asking for directions.

I was actually asked that question once by two dodgy looking blokes in a pickup truck... they didn't mention the name of the school, but were trying to get to the school fete. Maybe he was lost.
