We are going away so was getting birthday/ Mother’s Day cards/ gifts organised. Asked DH to buy his mums Mother’s Day gift and I’d sort the rest of his family (mostly kids birthdays).
Bought for everyone and wrapped. Asked DH about Mother’s Day gift (been reminding him all week tomorrow is the last time we will see his mum before Mother’s Day). And get the reply ‘it was hard enough sorting you a gift from the kids. I can’t do everything it’s so onerous’ …. Now in a mood with him.
YABU-wifey should sort all gifting and cards including for everyone he knows
YANBU- it’s hardly a big ask for him.
