Selling furniture on eBay

I've recently sold a large item of furniture on eBay. I needed to sell it fairly quickly as having something new delivered. I stated in the listing the size of the item, that it would need 2 people to move it and they would also need a van.

Item sold and seller messaged to arrange collection. I agreed to this week even though it meant holding on to it for much longer than planned.

Seller has now messaged asking if I can dismantle the item for them, or help them do it. I have said no I'm unable to (I have an issue with my right hand currently) and they are now saying they can no longer collect due to this. AIBU in thinking the listing was clear and the seller is out of order for not asking me this before they won the item?

I'm only surprised they didn't ask you to deliver it Hmm

It's nor clear if you stated it would have to be their own two people moving it, but it probably wouldn't have made any difference anyway since selling sites are full of people who don't read the details and then start demanding later

You'd probably be better off just cancelling the sale and relisting it ...
