I have been a fairly regular church goer for the 12/13 years since my Dc1 was born and we got back into going. All falls to me as DP does not come from a church family so he wouldn't take kids if am not there
I did drop out a bit during Covid, still have a faith but got a bit depressed.

Dc1 now does a hobby in Sundays so i don't go so much anyway

This morning,
We are not at church or at the activity.

Why do I feel guilty when I don't go to things?

You don't need to go to church to be religious. Enjoy your family life.

Give yourself a break & reconnect on a big holiday like Christmas or Easter & you'll get back into to it easy as

Do you keep in touch with anybody from the church ? Or maybe contact somebody to see if there's any catch up you can do/look into particular sermons that have been given or topics that you've missed even if its like a few notes somebody can write out for you?

Yes but I feel guilty that dc isn't at the activity too as there is homework.

I’m not a Christian but also am religious.

You have nothing to be guilty of.

I think the real issue is that you don’t have enough time to yourself.

You should take the Sunday ‘me time’ in turns, one week you go to Church, the next week DH does his hobby.

Please don’t say you see it as your Christian duty to enable DH to relax at your expense?

Don't know what more anybody can add....

Nobodys forcing you to attend church & nobodys forcing your family to not prioritise your interest in attending at least once a week/month if that's something you want to get back into the habit of

What's the real problem here ?
