AIBU to ask your best breakup tips/advice?

Split with DP a few months ago and still struggling with the "what if he's with someone" type thoughts

So what if he is, he’s not for you.

You should forget and dont waste your time, there are many others.. try some clubs, gyms, cinema to meet new people, also there are online dating apps YS.LT or Tinder to find single people around you.

My advice: Don't get back with anyone. The quality of men is sh!t these days, as is the quality of women.

Enjoy life, be your own person, and don't think about what you might be missing, because it ain't much :)

Assume he is with someone else. He most likely is.

So you've imagined your 'worst' and now you can start to move on from it.

Block him on everything. Try and just take it like he doesn't exist.
You're now free to do exactly what you like, no pressure from a man.
Think about your own needs and wants, what would you love to do but never had the time when not single?
Make plenty of suggestions with friends to join in, or start a new hobby and be open to new experiences and friendships. Men/relationships can wait, or fuck off permanently. Enjoy your life!

Totally agree with all of the above. Book an adventure trip, or cooking holiday or whatever you are interested in. Start a new hobby. Try dating for fun.
