Posting for traffic.

Been on Evorel sequi for nearly 4 months - on my 4th dose. It’s all been going well and I was feeling loads better.

Had a massive panic attack for the first time on Tuesday and ended up in a&e - was really scary and genuinely thought I was going to die. It was that morning that I had changed to my 2nd Evorel 50 patch of this cycle - I don’t know what’s gone wrong.

i took the patch off during the panic attack as thought it was making it worse - so have topped up with oestrogel the last few days before putting my patch back on today as didn’t want to mess up my cycle -have had a lot of bleeding this month too which doc says is the patch settling etc.

any thoughts? Anyone had anything similar? It’s been a horrible week and now I don’t know what to do. Am still very very anxious today

Sorry no help but I was all over the place on ES too. I had irregular bleeding and just felt odd. I stuck with it for a few months but when supplies started being an issue I went back to the Dr and got something else. I was on a combined pill, which I felt better with, dealt with sleep issues and night sweats but to the extent I was sleeping all the time! I finally faced facts, it wasn't doing enough good and stopped. I still wasn't in a good place and I went on AD's (which I'd been on previously but stopped) and have felt really well since. I'm on a low dose and it keeps my mood stable. I'm now 56 and I think my worst years were between 51 and 53.
