Curious about someone at work, should I bother?

I've not actually had a conversation with him, only seen him around twice and we said hello but I felt that 'spark' between us.
Also worried he's slightly too young for me, I find him really attractive and he seems friendly though.
Would you try and spark up conversation? It's a huge office of 150 people, so luckily not a small team and I don't have to sit next to him or anything.

Dating at work is perfectly allowed as long as there are no conflicts of interest. We are in the same department but there are 60 people in our department and we are spread out all over the place. Plus we work at home 3 times a week .

I would, but then I married a colleague that I felt a spark with.

Absolutely - I’m now 30 years with the younger guy I noticed around in our huge office

Brilliant 😍 did you approach him or he approached you?

I had to made it very obvious that I was interested, otherwise I don’t think anything would have happened.
