DH health obsessed

Been married 25 years with 3 kids. DH has always been into fitness and reads about healthy eating etc. Last few years he’s been more and more paranoid about health issues. Regularly going to docs for one thing or another - runs tests regularly. He’s had highish cholesterol which he’s managed to control through diet. He works out regularly - he’s 55 but looks at least 10 years younger. I think he has a combination of health anxiety but also is obsessive about talking about health and diet. His parents both passed away in their early 70s - and I think he worries about that. But his constant chat about health / diet / exercise bores me silly. I eat relatively well and work out 2 x a week. I make his meals so that it’s super healthy (he doesn’t cook). He thinks I’m dismissive of his interest in being healthy because I don’t indulge in his conversations. I feel like the divide is getting deeper. He’s also a natural worrier and I’m not. AIBU ?
