To be annoyed with Grandparents

Maybe not so much as AIBU but how would you respond to this - they want a photo of Grandchildren but have said that if my DS doesn't get a haircut they don't want the photo!

Then they don't get the photo! Simple!

Ok, he won't be having a haircut for a while so it may be a couple of years.
