Dear All, does anyone have any suggestions of any comedy/funny films, TV programmes, documentaries I can watch with my 17 year old son? We have watched Morse, Endeavour and Series 1 of Lewis however I am feeling a little "murdered out!" Last night we watched Unbroken - very good however intense as War films are! Is it too much to ask for something funny, light, silly, entertaining uplifting we can both enjoy? Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you x

Ghosts? Detectorists? Avoidance? (Not as well known but has Romesh Ranganathan in the lead).
On the documentary side, what about Race Across The World (any series)?

Only fools and horses!

Ds is 16yo.

Probably the funniest things he loves are the goes wrong shows which the BBC has on from time to time. It's far more funny watching them with him, especially if he is trying not to laugh, than just watching them. He swears he didn't fall of his chair laughing...

But he does also quite enjoy a lot of the oldies. Carry Ons (Carry on don't lose your head is fairly clean as they go and he loved), Dad's army, Allo Allo are all ones he'll happily watch again and again. He does like historic things though, especially WWII.
He also liked the Wallace and Grommet set if your ds hasn't seen them.

Many thanks for all your suggestions - I'll take a look at them all :)
