I’m doing exams as part of a three year course, the website up book them through is awful, declines payment, blank screens etc
I rang up to book and pay instead (which I’ve done multiple times) and the person refused to do it.
I said but I’ve done it loads of times with customer service.
He responded - well have I ever taken payment for you? (Proper emphasis on the I)
So I asked what was I suppose to do and he said well you’ll just have to wait for the next exams slot (6 months away)
