…to be so cross about this?!

My period has started - a year after the last one. I’m so cross as I thought I was done with all this. Don’t know whether to cry or throw something. Please someone tell me they had this as a ‘last egg in the basket’ type thing and I’m not going to go back to feeling crap one week per month?

Don't panic, quite common to get a one off bleed.

🤞

I'd gone nearli.2 years and had world's smallest period. Felt like I was losing my.marbles. Was not an emotion I was used to.

This isn’t a small one! It’s back to the horror film type of blood everywhere and pain. And smug arse looks-about-15 Dr isn’t going to have even less sympathy with my menopause symptoms now, isn’t he?
