What happened if your team lead is bullying

Define bullying.

Call me out in front of colleagues indirectly and directly, refusing request with no good reason, ignoring my emails. Saying he could tell me off when needed

Have you been there over 2 years?

Are you in a union?

Do others report the same behaviour?

Do you want to stay?

Is there a more senior colleague you can confide in / who'll stick up for you?

If yes, then take it up with your union. If not tbh I'd start looking elsewhere - it doesn't sound a good environment.

im already looking for a transfer to a different team it’s a big company. I have emailed his manager about what is happening, waiting for response to discuss with manager

spoke to union and they want to take it up with HR but I want to start with manager first.
