This is the second time in 2 weeks they’ve messed me around. I ordered a jacket ( not cheap, £210) which was due to be delivered on Monday as per their email, all good as I’m WFH then. Today I get a text “ good news, your parcel is out for delivery today” - I have to be out all day as I have several appointments. It says text STOP to opt out, I try repeatedly, the text never goes through ( I send another couple of texts as tests to DH, they go through fine). They deliver to a neighbour and just put an initial and surname. No address. I have no idea where the parcel, I don’t know my neighbours’ surnames. No one is in on either side. Anyone else had similar from them recently?
