So I started talking to a colleague a lot, he asked for my number, and we went for a coffee a recent afternoon after work.
Both seemed a bit shy/nervous. I don't think I gave any signals I was interested, so after the coffee I suggested meeting again.
His tone changed right away. Gutted, what did I do.

We've obviously spoken in person at work so it's not like it was our first meeting. Maybe I misread signals?

I kinda think he got carried away and now is panicking about dating a colleague..

Yes pretty normal, that’s what dates are for to see if there is a spark or not 🤷‍♀️

Yeah it's just a shame he thought there was a spark at work but not for the coffee, ahh well.

Ypu don't know this guy, he could be flaky, don't look at it that you did anything wrong; for some reason he didn't want to pursue.

I once didn't go on a 2nd date because the guy didn't like mushrooms... once because i relaised i wasnt over my ex, once because the guy was a massive prick and loved his car a little too much! Point is, sometimes the person just has an ick, sometimes they just not on that page to date. Move on, it's nothing major.

Different morals, different interests, wanting different futures, no spark. Don't take it personally, that's what dates are for!

Are you the same person that has posted about eighty-seven times about this under numerous different names, over a period of weeks? If so, please, for the love of god, give it a rest.

It's just one of those things I guess. The chemistry was there at work it seemed, but wasn't on the date. Ah well
