Been informed by a receptionist that people are abusing the staff daily about lack of dentists etc. The phones are going all day look too, people ringing round for appointments.
They just put the phone down if people swear. Also your less likely to get help if you abuse them?
Why do people do this? Dont they realise its not the staffs fault. The staff have no info to give, and are as much in the dark as the patients are and they are always polite on the phone to people who ring in!
The only way to get a dentist is too go private that is the truth sadly.
