I am a shit parent. I didn’t know this before I had my children. I have tried but I have no energy or support or motivation. I wish I could give then to someone who could look after them properly.

I’m so sorry you feel this way. Shit parents don’t care about their kids so you’re not that. You say you have no energy. Could that be a medical issue or depression? What sort of support would help you?
