I was accused of assault while in a mental health ward. I didn’t do it and afterwards there were multiple different accounts of what happened one saying p had punched the man to the floor another saying I pulled him from behind and another saying I shoved him. He actually fell while me and another patient run away from the ward which granted yes it was more fault but I didn’t physically touch him

On dbs

I feel all the different stories also show it wasn’t true. He also fell outside I was no where near him at this point. The injury’s are recorded as cuts on both arms this is unlikely to happen from someone falling inside

Well dbs is a police check so, were the police involved? Were you arrested, charged or cautioned by the police?

was reported to the police they never came out our cautioned me but at the same time I never got to tell my side of the story.

Then there will nothing documented about it with the police so it won't come up in a DBS check.
