Recent House clearance fees.

Misusing AIBU- has anyone done one recently and how much was it? I’m an executor and although the estate is going 11 ways I don’t want to waste money.

£500 for a 2 bedroom flat recently and then the same company charged around £250 for a deep clean.

We paid £2,000 for a 3 bed house, garage and Workshop 3 years ago and this was a friend, there were 4 men and they took almost all day.

No fee for DM's three bedroom house. Full house clearance. They apparently made enough from selling on! We removed all valuables too.

This is really helpful. Thank you. I’ve been quoted more than the largest one so far but there’s difficult access, no parking and a lot of stuff.

8k, 3 bed semi with two sheds.

House was owned by hoarders. Almost impossible to access some rooms.

Took over a week, multiple lorries to the tip
