To be annoyed?

I’ve started car sharing to work (it’s a long journey 1.5-2hours.) The person I car bare with has been having issues with her boyfriend (who lives in the same city we work in) and she’s decided to meet him after work to go for dinner and told me that I need to get the train home.

This inconveniences me by paying pretty much an entires day travel (pre car sharing) as I had to get a taxi from the station and I had to wait around for an hour after work for the train (if I’d known I would have got to work earlier) and so now I’m home an hour later than I would have been. If I’d been told in advance then I wouldn’t have been annoyed.

We share as in I drive one day and she drives the other. I’m just annoyed because I would never do that to her (unless it was an emergency)

Stop lift sharing

Give her a chance. Its a one-off so far and she's trying to sort her relationship issues.

I’d drive myself from now on. Car-sharing often sounds like a nightmare.
Whet would you have done if she’d gone home sick? What you’ve had to do now presumably. Sounds a pain though.

Time to knock it on the head . She’s not reliable
