I’m on a FTC until end of April and I absolutely adore my manager she seems to think they will keep me permanently but obviously can’t guarantee that. I have been offered a new position and my manager has told our head of the department to hopefully give them a push to either extend or give me permanent but no answers
What on earth do you do? I’m NHS so I appreciate they may have to wait until aprils budget.
