Help me figure out if this is eczema DD4

She seems to get this most winters, but this winter particularly bad. It started a couple of weeks ago. Her skin is so rough, like sandpaper and she scratches herself some of the time.

I think it's eczema, but it's not really in patches.

Does anyone think it could be anything else ?

In some places it's red, in other places it's just skin coloured and small pimples. It feels rough all over.

It looks like DS eczema, but your GP would be best bet. They can give you some creams to help treat it.

Thank you ! Yeah I'm pretty sure it is eczema too. It just doesn't really look like the eczema when you google it !

We do have creams/ steroid cream. Could chlorine have caused it from going swimming at school ?

I'm not going to bother the GP I think for now. Just try to manage it at home.

Have you got a clearer picture of the shoulder?
Could be my bad morning eyes/ bad angle, but that looks slightly pealy/scaly.
Does she have it during none winter months?

Yes chlorine very likely will make any dry skin or eczema worse. School ideally need to allow her to rinse off at the very least before getting dressed again.
