I woke up yesterday with horrendous pain in my neck and shoulder. Have been sitting long periods at a desk to do work and I suspect it's a pinched nerve. It improved (tho still sore) yesterday throughout the day and taking naproxen. Have just woken up in even worse pain with much less movement and wondering if AIBU to just stay awake and sat upright rather than lie down to go back to sleep?! I will also be on my own with a toddler tomorrow and I don't think I could get back to sleep anyways with the amount of pain I'm in. Also any tips on what I can do to ease this would be grand
