I am diagnosed with Bipolar and Bulimia I was on lithium for a long time which worked to a degree it wasn’t the super drug for me that everyone raved about. Previously had arirpirpirazole, respiridone, olanzipen, diazepam. Up untill last year I was doing well had a big high to led into a year long low which resulted me being placed onto a S2 hospital stay they stripped me of all my medication and put my on quetiapine im currently 500mg a night. This drug has been incredible it’s stabilised me so much along side clonazepam and lamotragine. The only down side I have put on 7st in a year and I’m devastated especially with someone with a 20 year history of bulimia and on occasions have come close to deaths door. The doctors referred me to weight matters programme but I couldn’t gel with it I just thought it was a generic response and now I have just found out that I’m pre diabetic I also have PCOS so this is all had to swallow at the moment. I finally found a drug that works and now it’s causing me physical problems. Has anyone else been in this situation what should I do. I’m the biggest I have ever been Iv always been quite small I’m so conscious of my self and doing simple tasks is becoming hard

I take it as well but a lower dose (200mg) and I’ve put on 3stone. I get what you mean, it’s shite.
