B12 came back as 29. Could this be an error

Just that really. I went to get bloods as I’ve been feeling tired. It’s sooooo low. The average range is apparently 120-900.
The GP didn’t say much other than that I will need injections every 3 months.

Surely this could be an error? What could cause it to be so low?? I’m not vegan/veggie, I have a fairly healthy diet and I don’t drink alcohol. I am 23 years old :( can anyone help?

I wish the GP was more interested in the cause of what you're experiencing. You might want to look into the illnesses described here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35337622/#:~:text=The%20main%20causes%20of%20B12,obesity%2C%20bariatric%20surgery%20and%20gastrectomies. as the main causes of B12 malabsorption. If you spot other symptoms from any of them that you also have, then go back to the doctor.
