The only parent who I speak to at the school drop off (I have tried with others but we’ve formed more of a bond) isn’t going to be at drop off or pick up anymore as her son is starting to attend the wraparound care club instead.
I’ve got bad social anxiety so having someone to talk to and who I felt comfortable with really helped me feel brave enough to step onto the playground (I know it sounds silly).
