To tell dd not to do this

Dd is due to be discharged from a day mental health service. While in the service there was another young woman it was an adult service for reference who was very unkind talking about other patients behind their back saying they faked illness was posting things on social media as indirectly etc. the staff sadly couldn’t see through this as this young woman was very much a game player. Dd wants to include what the young woman did in her discharge thank you cards she has the evidence of social media posts etc to warn the staff if the young woman comes back of her behaviour. I’ve said she shouldn’t do this.

Was the young woman staff or a patient

Don't do it in the cards. There's got to be a more appropriate way of doing this and raising concerns but leaving/thank you cards is not it and might actually paint your daughter in a negative light considering the talk of game playing.

Your daughter needs to keep out of it.
