Best July holiday destinations with a teen DD 16

Hi! CN you recommend any good two week holiday desinations?
DH thinking Italy. I'm not so sure.

It depends on what you all want to do. When I had mixed aged older teens, we'd do a list of what we wanted and start to eliminate places.

A two week cruise round the greek or Mediterranean islands

Have just one child. Like a beach and some resorty stuff. Help!

We stayed at Monte Dourada apartments in Portugal self catering & Barut B suites in Turkey AI, both amazing. Not a lot for teens I guess but my DD's just like to chill mainly anyway

I mean, there are a million resorts. Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Croatia, Italy etc just in Europe. What do you like doing?

Just wanted some recommendations from people and then I'll research them!
We like a beach. Nice food. A water park.
4 star. Realise there are a million resorts.
Just wondered if people had any that they had a great time at last year for example. We did Skiathos which we liked. But any other ideas welcome!
