Someone one taking photos pretty much everywhere they go incudling local parks and posting them on social media.

It's no different to taking photos and getting them developed and having an exhibition in a gallery really is it? Just a modern version.

Not really? I take photos in my local park if it looks pretty. I only think it's odd if they're specifically photographing kids or something. If it's just pictures of places then lots of people do that.

I think you saw me out and about. I do this. I love the FB memories I get a year later. Not odd at all but obviously not for you.

our local spotted group has a couple of photographers for different themes, weathers, events etc

not odd at all, as past times go, entirely innocuous.
