Ordered a dress for teenage DD for Xmas. Tracking details showed that it was being sent from China. On arrival, it was clear that it was a cheap, knock-off, poor copy of the dress advertised on the website. Lots of details different - fabric, neckline, straps etc.
Only company or contact details available appeared to be an email address, so I emailed them. Initially they tried to stall me, but eventually asked me to provide details and photos of the issues, which I did. The reply was that they don't refund for "these reasons" despite me quoting consumer law and threatening to report them to Trading Standards etc.
So this is to let you know to avoid them. They also state in the small print on the website (which I didn't see on ordering) that they don't refund or exchange because things don't fit. So beware all!
