Did any of you go from looking much older than your age to looking your age/younger?

If so, how did you do it?

Thanks in advance,

I did, but probably not in the way you’re thinking of. As a child, I reached my adult height faster than most kids (although I’m just a little above average height). For most of my childhood, people who didn’t know me figured I was around two years older than I actually was.

Then everyone else reached their adult heights, and I didn’t have that problem anymore. Now I’d say I look slightly younger than my age because I don’t spend a lot of time outside.

Sorry I don’t have a story about miracle serum or anything. 😄 I have known some women who looked older or younger depending on their haircuts.

Yes in that I’ve always had a grown up face so looked mature until about 30 then looked younger as I didn’t change much. At 45 I look probably a bit younger than that but not remarkably so.

No, but I went from being taken for much younger than my age until my early forties and then it all went to pot, so watching with interest!

I lost weight, ate better, minimal alcohol, more walking. Then I upped my skin care, started using a home microneedling and firming kits. I'm in my 50'ss, but my skin looks brighter etc than it did in my 40's. I'd aged really badly during the menopause but lifestyle played a part.

I lost like 30kg!

Nah, other way round I'm afraid 😂 Second child who didn't sleep for 2 years destroyed me

I looked haggard for the two years DD didn't sleep. So get your sleep.

My skin looks really quite radiant with a regime over the last year, but unfortunately lined and with strong nasolabial folds.

I'm going to get all the work done when I can afford it lol
