I don't have life insurance and am a single parent of 3 and a carer to my elderly parent. I need to get this sorted. Aibu ti ask how much you pay for your life insurance and if any company is better than others? Vitality have got an offer on for a £200 gift card but the premium needs to be £45 a month. That's twice what my parent pays and seems a lot but to be honest I don't know much about it. I don't know what I'd need in terms of coverage or anything.

all depends on when they got the policy... how old they were, what conditions it has, what conditions they have etc.

I have a life insurance policy I got with my mortgage 20 yrs ago, costs £11 a month, had a telesales guy the other day who was like, we can beat any quote, til he heard £11 and was like errr no. I think the cheapest he was offering was £50 for my age...
