I have an emergency but the phone menu keeps asking me "Please tell me your date of birth" over and over - but it doesn't accept it. Do I TYPE it (with/without hashtag?) or SAY it out loud? I've tried so many ways but I can't get through to speak to someone!! Anyone else find this?
