AIBU to be concerned about this? I'm 34 and would really like to TTC in the next few years. But my period has gone a bit strange over the past 3/4 cycles.
I went on holiday back in September and took a pill prescribed by my doctor to delay my period. I took it for a week and a half, stopped, and then my period came 3 days later. I have never taken anything hormonal before, not the pill or anything.
Since then, I've had a day of spotting mid cycle (never ever had this before) a week of terrible bloat and pain (again not had before) I've then spotted or lightly bled for a week and then my actual period comes along. My cycle has followed this pattern since September.
Before I would always get my period every 26 - 30 days and it would usually just start, last about 4 days and be over for another month. But to be bleeding every 3 weeks feels a bit much? I also never had pain relating to my cycle before, it was very very rare.
I'm terrified i'm going into perimenopause but i'm only 34. :( I haven't had my children yet.
