To b pissed off at this company now?

Housing association.

Had an issue which has prevented me from using downstairs loo for SIX MONTHS, since I moved in.

Needed specialist work from an outside contractor which was requested 3 months ago.

Finally go an appointment last week between 8am and 9am.
No show.

They rebooked for next day between 8am and 12. Call at 2pm to be told very busy dunno when they'll get there. I had to go out to pick kids up so rearranged for today.

Again they said they'll try and get there in the morning.

Nobody's been again.

I can't keep waiting in all day for these people!

I'm feeling really annoyed but it's a young woman on reception and I know it's not her fault but I don't want to call and rearrange again, to spend another day waiting and they not show up.

BTW I called them each time. Not once have they contacted me to say they need to cancel or are delayed.

I feel like if I was a private customer paying them directly they would never do this but because it's a Housing association job they don't care?

Have you had to book time off work because I’d be using that as a complaint.

No, I'm currently signed off work so am mostly available but I am ND and having an appointment sort of freezes me. I can't do anything else because I'm waiting on these people to show. It's getting extremely frustrating now.
