My toddler ( 2 in April ) woke up today and was kind of tugging at his tongue.
I had a look and it has some red patches on it.
No other symptoms.
I'm worried that's how Scarlett fever starts? Or does it start differently ?
Does anyone know what it could be ? He seems ok in himself so far. Not sure if I should send him to nursery today or if I'm being ott.
