Why would you do that? You don’t in any way need to exercises 1.5 hours a day not drink that much water.

Catza · 06/01/2024 18:38

Every time I see advice to drink arbitrary amount of water, I know the rest of the content is bullshit.

ManateeFair · 06/01/2024 18:47

Why on earth would you pay any attention to this crap? It’s basically just a challenge Andrew Tate would tell his incel followers to do. Arbitrary at best, and harmful at worst.

You don’t need to do 90 minutes of working out per day. A gallon is a stupid amount of water. ‘Any diet’ is meaningless. Nonfiction is no more valid or important than fiction. Daily progress pictures will demonstrate nothing except what workout gear you’re wearing each day. No alcohol is fine but also not essential.

This is just one of those social media ‘challenges’ by people with competitive eating disorders.

DecafOatMilkCappucino · 06/01/2024 18:49

Well, it's certainly not for mum's is it?

Ap24 · 06/01/2024 18:54

I did this pre-pregnancy, I needed a kick up the arse to create some healthy habits and prioritise myself over work for a while. It took a few cycles to complete it but I did get there in the end. I didn't think it's more about creating routines than anything.

Nonomono · 06/01/2024 19:05

Is this every day?

I’d love time for one 45min workout, let alone 2!

If you’re finding it too challenging, why not do it but adjust it slightly.
E.g. do 1 45min workout, drink half a gallon, read only 5 pages etc.

Allwelcone · 06/01/2024 19:13

@Nonomono call it the 37.5 hard challenge!

It's a totally arbitrary challenge and not a good idea for many reasons:

NOTHING posted on TikTok should be taken seriously!

Psychoticbreak · 06/01/2024 19:51

Is this for people who do not have jobs, homes, kids and pets?

SnowFairy2000 · 08/01/2024 17:50

Yes the program is hard to fit in to a day!!

I like idea of #37.5 , 75 light - that seems enough!!!

Somehow I don't think this is aimed at the 49 year old mother of three that I am! What a pile of claptrap.

Couldyounot · 08/01/2024 17:57

This does not sound like a good idea at all.
