It's been 6 days since my last chocolate...

Anybody want to join me with cutting out the chocolate?

I am a serious chocoholic and it was getting silly, I could have it for breakfast lunch and dinner.

I've dug deep and I'm on day 6 without chocolate and generally being healthier.

Any tips on how to get to a point where I could have maybe a small bar once a week or at special occasions, enjoy it and move on?

Or tips how I can accustom my tastebuds to enjoy dark chocolate?

I'm on day 2 of a sugar free regime except for yesterday afternoon where I accidentally ate 3 chocs one of the kids found still lingering around the house in a box. So day 1 again! I'm finding it hard, we went to the panto last night and DH bought sweets and chocs and I had to let them pass me by. I'm so unused to saying no and I get such a sense of deprivation. I'm trying to count the times I successfully say no instead of focusing on the times I screw up. After lunch earlier today I was desperately craving. It's really hard.

It really is so hard. I just had 2 miniature heroes. Blush
Not terrible, but now I'm trying to stop at that and not let the binge take over! Apart from that I've eaten really well all week, lots of protein, veg, salad etc so trying not to best myself up.
I want to be able to enjoy it in moderation

Me too… I took one out of the box earlier but then put it back! I’m going choc free for Jan and see how I go. I’ve also given up Diet Coke… eek!

Yes! I've found a massive orange Toblerone in the cupboard and it was calling me. I am doing slimming world and trying hard to get back on it so I ate 4 triangles, gave DH and DD 3. It's gone now thank god! But that was 34 syns 🤦🏻‍♀️. I need to stop.
