Anybody want to join me with cutting out the chocolate?
I am a serious chocoholic and it was getting silly, I could have it for breakfast lunch and dinner.
I've dug deep and I'm on day 6 without chocolate and generally being healthier.
Any tips on how to get to a point where I could have maybe a small bar once a week or at special occasions, enjoy it and move on?
Or tips how I can accustom my tastebuds to enjoy dark chocolate?
