FROZEN IN PANIC teeth crumbling and dental phobia please help me

I've just tried to have a nap as about to start work night shift. I have a lot going on health wise and have nothing left in me to cope with something new and have an existing dental phobia.

Well, my teeth seem to be literally crumbling, there is a constant crunching grit feeling on my right side teeth. I have 3 huge fillings in molars and basically are they all about to fail and fall out tonight?

I am so panicked my brain is not able to think of anything else about a huge chunk of tooth or teeth all falling out leaving exposed nerves and not being able to cope with the pain?

What can I do I have an appointment with my dentist on Friday but I am so tired and already not coping with my health I just can't take any more pain right now?

Please does anyone have any idea why my mouth feels like grit?

Things feel really big in your mouth even if they aren’t due to all the nerves in your tongue. I’m sure that it’s just one filling and probably not even all of it.
Swill your mouth out with some water and try to distract yourself for a bit

Please don't panic. I terrified of dentists due to inadequate care throughout my teenage years. I have gum disease, am mid 30s but still (and I did go private) my dentist holds me up. The hardest bit is getting to the chair. Do you have a water flosser? That helps me every day. As your appointment is Friday I would recommend lots of swilling (corsordyl daily or water if you dont have it) and gentle brushing approx 30 mins after eating. Everything that goes wrong in your mouth feels 100x worse so please try not to worry too much. Hopefully your dentist on Friday will help.hugs. (ps. Just reread your post, do you think lack of sleep not helping anxiety wise?)
