Mindlessly scrolling on TikTok when a random video of a guy came up doing a skit about one of my favourite artists - who isn’t that mainstream in the UK so it caught my attention.

The guy looks wise is my type and we have the same weird taste in music. I (maybe creepily) looked him up on Facebook because I was curious about whether he was from the UK or US.

Turns out from just his bio, I saw that we’re 2 years apart, he’s about 2 hours from me and his relationship status is single.

Am I a freak if I message him? I don’t even know what I’d say.

Turn it around. Would you be OK with and not creeped out if some random dude was in your DMs like that? If yes, I guess send the message and take the cue from his response or lack of. If no, don't send anything.
