To be worried about this?? I think there’s also two small bumps

I'm not sure what the picture is supposed to be showing. Can you be more specific please? It just looks like a picture of skin and a stretch mark that's slightly out of focus. Maybe one taken slightly further away for context might help?

Isn't it just Montgomery's tubercles?

I can't see anything on the picture as it's not in focus, but small bumps on the areola are totally normal so try not to worry.

To me there appears to be a small indent around the lower right quarter of the photo, where the skin looks lighter.
Is the area you’re concerned about?

I can't make out what the photo is supposed to be, but bumps around the nipples are normal.
