It was some Coldplay wank as well, to add insult to injury.

How long have we got to wait before some saviour of mankind invents an app or zapper that lets you turn off someone else's bloody blaring music? A fortune awaits the creator. Get to work🤔

God you should probably check on them. That's a cry for help if I ever heard it.

Tonight1 · 30/12/2023 08:06

I like Coldplay 😳

Do you know them well enough to ask them to keep it down?

What, Coldplay? 🤣

iPreferBooks · 30/12/2023 19:04

If you have Spotify you might be able to "join their spotify session" and basically search up a song or something which has 'shut up' in it. It means you can actually control the music through their speaker.

It happens a lot by accident in student accommodation due to lots of nearby bluetooth devices, but I haven't been brave enough to use it out of spite yet 😂

MyCakeyBakeyHeart · 30/12/2023 19:07

It partly depends if the problem is the rubbish build quality of your walls or if it is super loud on their side. Also all depends on frequency and time of day. And lastly which Cold Play album (the first one is actually good). I would find it annoying too but at the same time don’t think the pleasure of loud music with no headphones should exclusively be for those who can afford a detached house.

SquashPenguin · 30/12/2023 19:10

Christ you have my sympathy. Loud music you don’t want to hear is one thing, but being subjected to Coldplay is basically terrorism.

ErikaReadsTheDailyMail · 30/12/2023 21:13

The saddest part of this whole situation is that now your Shazam algorithm has Coldplay in it as well...

Tonight1 · 30/12/2023 21:27

@cockapup yes 😆

I'll give you my address so you can come around and tie me up whilst blaring out suitable music on the speakers until I see the error of my ways
