Have any of you read any really useful books for helping to accept/be ok with estrangement from a family member?

No but interested in the question. Been estranged from sibling for 45 years (his choice not mine) and still not accepted it. It's a bitter pill indeed.

i have not read this book but have viewed a few YouTube lectures by Joshua
Coleman and found them interesting. May be helpful.
