'Looking at sexual images of children online is illegal' advert on partners phone

My partner was watching videos on Snapchat (nothing inappropriate) and an advert came up in between videos which said 'Looking at sexual images of children online is illegal'. Because of the way algorithms work, do you think that could mean he has been doing this? I am feeling really worried now.

It's more likely because he's in a target group eg men of a certain age using a platform where images disappear. If an algorithm knew what he was up to, they wouldn't just ask him nicely to stop!

I’d be surprised if the way of controlling this was to change peoples algorithm to display adverts to let them know it’s illegal.. I mean, who doesn’t know or at least assume it’s illegal anyway?

Very weird advert. But is there anything else that would make you suspicious, or is it solely just this advert? Because if I saw it on my husbands phone I wouldn’t immediately jump to that conclusion without other red flags.
